Second round may include an exercise or further interviews with relevant members of the team
And that's it. We get back to candidates very quickly.
All employees are subject to a four month probation period to evaluate your ability to work within 1st Main and your fitness for the job. During this time, 1st Main or you may terminate the employment contract without cause and with immediate effect.
During this probationary period, you are entitled to a maximum of five days of vacation.
